I didn't even know what I was getting into when I bought this house. The "orchard" is producing like crazy and I had a friend stop by and identify all that I have:

• Almonds (perhaps, not sure what the tree is)
• Blackberries
• Cherries (3-4 trees)
• Grapes (2 vines)
• Lemons or Limes
• Olives
• Oranges
• Peaches (3-4 trees)
• Plums
• Pluots
• Pomegranate (maybe just decorative)
• Strawberries
• Tomatoes (kinda dead, but there is a vegetable garden)

It's a lot of work to pick the fruit and keep these healthy but it's totally worth it. Everything tastes a lot better fresh from the garden.
